Their cries for help were heard, not by the wheel companies but by the soon to be founders of CROWN WIRE WHEEL. The request's made by the retailers were all reasonable and all within reach. So with this, the decisions were made to start planning for the opening of a different kind of wire wheel company.

We knew that we needed the most skilled and experienced craftsman we could find. After a few months of looking - a production team was found. Now we were confident we could build the best wheels in the least amount of time. But we didn't stop there, we needed something more. So we went back and listened to the complaints and decided we needed to have a customer service/sales department that would be confident, knowledgeable and courteous. After all they were going to handle our customers and answer the questions that had been neglected by the other companies.
